In just a few steps you can have homemade coconut milk ready for your next smoothie, soup or whatever dish you’re cooking up.

Description:

You will be amazed at how easy it is to make delicious homemade coconut milk. You’ll never want to buy store bought again!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 3 Cup water
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 medjool date

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients into the blender and close lid tightly. Blend for about 2 minutes or until ingredients are well combined.
  2. Place a nut milk bag or cheese cloth over a bowl or pitcher and pour the mixture through the nut milk bag/cheese cloth.
  3. Transfer the strained coconut milk into a mason jar or other glass container and refrigerate for up to five days.
